By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order and make sure to keep a copy for future reference.

Any statements on this site or any materials or products distributed or sold by Twacked Tea adhere to strict quality management systems.

Twacked Tea products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We reserve the right to hold any order due to checks made on personal details. We reserve the right to change or alter prices at any time.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in all material on the website, the website design, structure and graphics, and all software and source codes connected with the website shall remain owned by Twacked Tea. The material on the website is only available for non-commercial use. You may only view, access, or print pages from the website for the sole purpose of evaluating placing an order with Twacked Tea. Any unauthorized use of material from the website is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by the directors of Twacked Tea.

Orders

All orders made through the website or by phone are subject to acceptance. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.

If the goods you wish to order are not available from stock, we will contact you by email, and you will have the option to:

Wait until the goods are available from stock;
Cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation & Returns Policy.

Once your order has been received, we will confirm the details via email (confirmation email). If the details differ from your requested order details, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email. The details will be reviewed, and in some cases, the order may be canceled.

All details, descriptions, and prices for the goods appearing on the website are correct at the time when the information was inputted. Please check any received goods upon arrival to ensure accuracy and to identify any damage to the items.

Prices reduced for sales and promotions are valid only for the specified period.

We reserve the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the website at our discretion. We also reserve the right to withdraw items from the website at any time. We will not be held responsible for the withdrawal of items or for refusing to process an order for any reason.

Age of Consent

You must be of legal age to place an order with us. If you are not of legal age or not legally entitled to order certain products, we reserve the right to cancel/terminate the order immediately and without notice.

Payment Details

The total cost of your order includes the price of the goods, card processing fees, and delivery charges. This will be confirmed as outlined in the "Orders" section.

Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card, postal order, or cash (direct payment) at the time of order. No goods/products will be dispatched until payment has been received. A receipt or pro-forma invoice will be issued after the successful purchase of items/products from Twacked Tea.

The price for the goods as set on the website includes VAT for EU deliveries. We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes, or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use information collected about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you unless you have given us your consent. You will have the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

Delivery

We dispatch items ordered by you as they become available via our delivery partner UPS ground. Orders will be sent to the delivery address registered in "YOUR ACCOUNT." We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect. If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact our Customer Services team via email. Please allow up to 2-5 days for delivery, with most deliveries arriving within 48 hours. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during delivery.

Cancellation and Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing your initial order. An email confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you. Orders canceled after this time will not be accepted, and you will be liable to pay for the complete order.

To return goods, you may only do so if:

The product is not what you have ordered, or
The product(s) arrived in damaged condition.

Returned products must be sent back to us in the condition received (unopened and ready for resale). All returns and damages must be notified via email within 24 hours of receipt.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the initial order. Delivery costs will vary depending on weight. We reserve the right to change the shipping costs at our discretion.

Product Safety and Usage

Twacked Tea contains D9 THC and CBD. Consumers are advised to consume responsibly and to be aware of their tolerance levels. Twacked Tea is not intended to cause impairment but may have a mild relaxing effect. Do not operate heavy machinery or drive after consuming this product.
